Led by Dan, a local industry filmmaker whose work has had international cinema releases and screened at BAFTA and OSCAR-qualifying film festivals, with 8+ years’ experience teaching young people.

DAY COURSES

For ages 8-18+
For up to 6 students (so you can split the cost!)

Students make their own film & learn:
• Camera & shot composition
• Directing actors
• Lighting basics
• Sound & recording
• Editing & Colour Grading
• Script-to-screen planning

Over multiple days, students can:
• Take on specific roles
• Develop deeper skills (e.g. directing, cinematography, editing)
• Build confidence in their strengths
• Specialise in a particular aspect or genre of filmmaking

Each course is adapted to:
• Age range (8–18)
• Group dynamic
• Experience level
• Interests (writing, directing, camera, editing, etc.)

No two courses are identical.

By the end of the course, students have:
• A completed short film or scene
• Practical filmmaking skills
• A real creative achievement they can share
